JAS-AAS operations are overseen by a governing board comprising of five members, whom are appointed by the JAS-AAS Board of Member.

JAS-AAS operations are overseen by five members. The Governing Board appoints the members of the Technical Advisory Committee by JAS-AAS. Governing Board which has sole authority over the rights and responsibilities of JAS-AAS. This includes authority over the conduct of the Technical Advisory Committee and the Accreditation Review Board.
